Good location. There are a MyBasket, Maruetsu Petit, Lawson within 1min walking distance.
Reception desk was not as polite as expected from the hospitality industry. There was an awkward confussion when asked for a passport and zairyu card, which I dont have, and they insisted on it (they assumed I was a foreigner).
Restroom sink was clogged and water drained reaaaally slow. Shower drain was fine.
