The single bedroom is small but is good enough for a solo traveler.

The room was big enough and all 4 suitcases were stored inside with no problem. The coffee was very good, just no breakfast but it’s ok. The location was a minute from the train, which is very nice. The train sounded like the AC went on quickly.

Great location close to Nishi-Nippori Station. Clean room, and nice working AC plus a rolling air purifier when it was so so hot and humid.
Good-sized room. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and konbinis nearby, and some 24h options too.
