Never again

Nothing

Upon arrival, the room was in an unacceptable condition. There were no clean towels provided; the only towel available was visibly dirty and appeared to have been used, with what looked like urine stains on it. The bed was also broken and not properly usable. I contacted the property via WhatsApp, but they never replied, never apologised, and never offered any solution or assistance. The property also advertises a terrace, but the advertised terrace does not exist in the room we were given. The room itself was very dirty and clearly not properly prepared for guests. Overall, the room was dirty, the bed was broken, the advertised facilities were not provided, and the property completely failed to respond or resolve any of these issues. The level of support from the property was extremely poor, and no resolution was provided during our stay.

Just fine.

The staff were really nice and understanding. The air conditioning in the room was really great, it fits me and my 3 other friends perfectly.

There is no daily cleanup which unfortunately really downgraded the property for me, there should be at least cleaning supplies if they don’t offer room service as it gets really gross and ants start showing up like that really was not great. Also the property is on the last floor so take caution if you want to book it cause you’ll be in for a workout every time.

Gear for what we needed

Everything we needed for two nights.

Very stale, not a lot of charm

Some problems

The employees were friendly. The location is also good.

It was possible to enter another room through the balcony. I am a bit worried about security. Also, the facilities were not so good. The shower was cold, no lift for 5 floors, etc...
