It’s was well equipped, excellent faculties, very clean and homely.
The parking space was challenging but parking could be found on the road close to the house.

The house is a lovely late Victorian property. It was bright, spacious and comfortable. Lovely views of Conwy Castle. The terrace was lovely to sit on and the gardens were wonderfully green and provided privacy.
The beds were comfortable although the pillows could do with replacing.
The house was rather grubby and could do with decorating. The showers tended to cut out or were scalding - not safe for children. Some of the pans in the kitchen could do with replacing.
