It was nice and the glamping tent was actually quite big to what I expected. Very clean throughout the village, the pool and slide were nice beds always available.
The restaurant staff on the first night were very rude and unwelcoming. Left plates half full/finished on our table for the duration of the meal, The food wasn’t great either so didn’t go there for the rest of our stay.

Sin duda el personal de cafetería y de animación!! Un 15 sobre 10! Lo excelente de la estancia los hacen esas personas!! No las camibies nunca! Hemos repetido 3 veces y las que vendrán si están ellos, que hacen que nos sintamos mejor que en casa.

Really liked the spacious layout of the cabins and the comfy beds.
Would have liked to have been offered help with luggage from car park to cabin by the buggies. We were 2 families and bought all our supplies and luggage in the car and it took several trips in the heat of the day.
Only one mirror in the bathroom. There were plenty of other places you could have added a full length or alternative space for makeup while the bathroom is occupied.

Estuvimos alojados en la tienda Hanna, las instalaciones en general muy bien, la limpieza en la tienda perfecto, piscina de un tamaño y con una comodidad para adultos y niños muy buena.
Las actividades muy muy escasas, la animación… regular. El restaurante deja muchísimo que desear, el personal agradable pero una desorganización increíble. Tardan muchísimo en atender, la comida está rica.
Y algo muy a tener en cuenta, hay muchísimos mosquitos.
Y si te toca cerca de la zona pet pues… mala suerte, porque es como si los tuvieras en tu tienda.
