This home was everything we expected and more. Was easy to find, clean, tidy and has a very homely feel about it.

Located in a nice area away from the main part of Hamilton. House was nice enough and mostly clean. (felt like it hadnt been used much as cobwebs etc outside) . Nice sunny position-very warm inside when we arrived and needed a good airing out when we got there so opened all the windows to get air flow through. Didnt take much to get it right again. Nice big roomy house with generous amount of beds and linen.
Kitchen set up was typically Asian so plates were scarce. Adequate bowls though to improvise with.
TV not user friendly-couldnt get it going at all. We werent there to watch tv but it would have been nice to watch an important sports game if we could. If you have kids, it may have been more of a problem for you.
Kiwis typically sit outside and enjoy the outdoors but there was nothing to sit on to relax out there so the generous decks were a waste! we were only there a night though but any longer these things would have been more of an issue.
