Well-situated for all amenities, shops, cafes etc
Well-provided for inc nice extra touches like crisps, biscuits
Clean and comfortable, although the duvet was too heavy
Staff very friendly and helpful, especially when there was a drain smell in the bathroom (which later disappeared)
Stairs - we don't have mobility issues but we have friends who have and wouldn't have managed the stairs, not just those with wheelchairs. Obviously nothing can be done about them but it could be made clearer on the Booking.com page.
A bit noisy with pub over the road and large tourist coaches parking outside (road really too narrow for that) but triple glazing on the bedroom window cut out a lot of the noise.
Shower - almost impossible to adjust temperature between freezing cold and boiling hot
Small point - could there be clearly marked separate bins for rubbish and recycling?

The location and the facilities were great, as well as the size of the place. Having a living room and a kitchen diner was great. It was well appointed with sufficient cutlery and crockery for four people
The climb up the stairs wasn't great, especially with the abrasive wall coating. The wifi was patchy, but this is typical of the whole of Cromer and the bed was quite uncomfortable as the mattress was too soft.

Central for Cromer and a lovely little flat styled like a cottage. It had everything you could need for a few days away
The shower was not good red hot to freezing cold. We followed the instructions to alter the boiler but it would not work

Location wasn't ideal for us being opposite a noisy public house and garden. This wasn't specified in the description of the flat.
