The apartment was big, the rooms were large and airy. The location was good with easy access to Cromer and surrounding areas.
There are a lot of stairs, to front door on 3rd floor so takes time to get luggage.

The size of this property was amazing. Being out all day meant we had a lovely space to come back to..... Fantastic kitchen to cook, eat and enjoy a glass of wine

Great place to stay with the kids. Huge kitchen and a lovely playground in front of the house. Very well equiped. Nice walk to the beach through the woods with more playgrounds on the way down!
Double bed was a bit squeeky!

Loaction
It looked clean on surface but lots of dirt dust around the flat .
Lots of doors had lots of dirty marks on them also kitchen cupboards did . dirty footprints on floor especially the white aeras into bathroom
Long hairs found on some surfaces .
The table in the lounge had dirty marks i removed wish I had taken pictures .
When you go.inside building smells very damp lots of dirt .
Was worried at first but luckily once in flat smell goes .
Hard to get channels on TV in living room
