Very good if you just need somewhere to stay for a concert of stade de france event, good price for the amount of people it can hold, felt safe as there was various gates and doors to get through
lovely bakery at the end of the street
when we arrived there was no towels, a broken bed on the balcony, both showers had mouldy silicone, and the smell from the drains was absolutely awful. the instructions for the bins when leaving f wasn’t clear, it took us ages to locate the bins as the -1 button on the lift didn’t work, arrival was also hard as there are 20 lock boxes where the one for the apartment is, it was a guessing game which one was ours
Also bare in mind location if you’re wanting to go into paris, very little bolt and uber drivers will actually accept the trip as they don’t like picking up from this area, they can cost between 20-50 euros EACH way

The apartment was a convenient 15 minute walk from the station, with restaurants and local shop and bakery nearby.
The apartment kitchen was well equipped.
The host was communicative and helped with explaining parking options as well as providing clear check-in instructions.
Access into and out of the apartment was via multiple secure gates and doors with only one key provided for 6 guests (inconvenient).
Parking was expensive.
Only one WC and the second shower was impractical to use without any shower screen.
It would be useful if hand towels were provided.
