Honestly this apartment was fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and would absolutely return. We read a lot of reviews beforehand about a problematic road and some insects due to the heat and whilst I can appreciate this might not be normal for some guests depending on where you live the road is typical of an agriturismo as at the end of the day it functions for the farm and is by no means as bad as the reviews make out, especially if you are using a rental car... The apartment was fantastically clean and likewise so was the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and had additional covers if needed. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was easy and the location was beautiful and a great base for the area with a very short drive to Sirolo.
A few things weren't quite right but by no means would it stop us from returning. The fly screen on the door could be improved as it gets stuck often as I believe it is the wrong size. The livingroom could do with additional floor lighting and seats/cushions and the kitchen could do with being supplied with basics like salt, oil, pepper but otherwise we really had nothing to complain about.

Immerso nella natura, molto suggestivo e pulito. Piscina bellissima e comoda. Pace tutto intorno. Self check-in veloce e comodo.

La route d’accès est épouvantable.
L’isolation phonique entre les appartements du bas et ceux du haut est inexistante. On entend tout ce qui se passe en haut. On ne peut pas dormir avec un tel bruit !
