Top-notch service; I would gladly return anytime!

The apartment is newly furnished and well-maintained. Everything is of an exemplary standard; we lacked nothing. The private parking—specifically a garage, which was a requirement—was perfect! The location is also good, and notably quiet and peaceful at night.

One could always look for flaws, but nothing really worth mentioning—everything’s fine!

Would not book again

Very modern

Low water pressure- shower didnt really work. Coffe machine but no capsules. 2 tvs but netflix only on one. Dishwaher but no tanlets- why boyher? Garage was a very tight squeeze for us but the owner gave his car lots of room. One of the apartments wasin the basement- someting never mentioned. Room with a view alright, but the view was a horroble wall. Cupboards looked nice but they were the kind that showed fingerprints if you so much as touched them. And what was really inappropriate was the fact that we arrived after 10pm after more than 10 hour drive, kids tired but excited and the owner with no introductions or even an excuse me barged into the apartment and told the kids to be quiet!

The apartment was luxurious and really nice. I really like the restricted access the property.

Location was perfect and the access flawless. Reserved parking was amazing. As an engineer I really appreciated the smart home features. I really liked the modern looked and heated floors were amazing. The apartment was really clean and cozy. Modern kitchen, very nice bathroom. I really recommend this property and plan on visiting it again once I need to spend a night in Brno.

I didn't find out if the ventilation in the bathroom could be turned on or was just passive. The AC unit from outside was quite noisy in the night even though I didn't turn on the AC. But maybe it's just an issue in apartment number two. The beds and sheets could be bit more better. Since I was sharing the bed with my partner, and we like to cuddle, the middle rim of the bed wasn't that comfortable. For the future guests, it could be maybe sorted by adding extra blanket that can be put in the middle if desired. But the small issues weren't that bad and I really enjoyed my stay.

Incredible comfortable apartment with excellent communication

We just loved this apartment, our interactions with Jakub and the incredible facilities. This is one of the loveliest apartments we’ve ever stayed in. The photos are true to life. So incredibly comfortable and well equipped with modern appliances, excellent quality knives in the kitchen, and practically everything you could think of. Interesting outlook from the balcony as well. All communication with the host, Jakub, was excellent and he was extremely welcoming and prompt in his replies to queries. The parking space was an added bonus and easy to access. Highly recommended!

Nothing not to like.
