Everything needed within walking, AC, TV, balcony, shower, nets on windows.
The corner of the balcony wall to floor of AC unit needs attention as it’s left in water constantly, potential for mould - trash needs removing in the side of building

I was met by a host outside the hotel who assisted me parking my car. Roo was ok with balcony.
Only one roof lamp in the room.

2/3 of the staff we talked to were nice
The guy who checked us in made me go and get cash before he would let me use the room. I checked the price on booking.com (3,516 lek including taxes etc) and gave him 4,000. He tried to not give me change and I had to argue with him while he refused to use Google Translate to help.
Eventually he gave me another 200 so still overcharged for no reason.
There was no soap for the shower.
The air conditioning made a loud clicking noise frequently.
