The quiet location, modern and well equiped facility.
Sofa needs updating, not comfy compared to all the other furniture condition.

A clean and excellent property with everything exactly as listed. The host kindly provided coffee, tea bags, chocolate drinks, and even a recipe book.
The washing machine and dryer were powerful, and the shower had very strong water pressure. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras such as hand towels, small heaters, a nice view, a smart door lock, and a very comfortable sofa bed. A parking slot is conveniently located right in front of the house.
The only downside is that the property is a 15-minute drive from the city centre. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Good Location. The living room and bedrooms are well decorated. Kithchen's stuff are well prepared.
Just one thing we didn't realise the hot water cylinder may not enough for 5pp to take shower before we found the hot water out of service. It is better that the host writes down on the instruction booklet.
