The property is beautiful,clean and private
Well equipped, ( perfect for group stays) Well positioned, Pristine beautiful swimming pool. Amazing breakfast.The manager is helpful, ( suggesting activities), friendly, engaging and available. Rooms have large comfortable bed, abundance of clean, fragrant towels.
The property is secure, immaculate and very well built. 10 minutes drive from turtle beach. The monkeys, squirrels and peacocks were an added bonus.

Wir waren für 6 Übernachtungen mit unseren Kindern 14 u. 5 Jahre alt dort. Wir wurden sofort sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Familie welche sich um die Villa kümert ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und auch abwechslunsreich. Wir wurden immer gefragt was wir zum Frühstück wollten. Für Kinder gibt es Donat, Müsli ,Früchte. Deutsches oder Singalesische Frühstück kann man aussuchen. Zum Strand von Unawatuna oder auch nach Galle wurden wir immer mit dem Tuk Tuk das zu der Villa gehört ,gefahren. Aussergewöhnlich ist der tolle sehr saubere Pool der Anlage. Man kann mit den Kindern jederzeit am Tag oder auch bei Dunkelheit baden, da der Pool wunderschön beleuchtet ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Badezimmer und WC ist groß, Warmwasser immer vorhanden. Es funktioniert alles ( Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren, Smart TV, Wlan super,) Noch etwas zu Lage : Man kann auch zu den vielen Resaurant und Shops an der Beachstrasse in Unawatunawa laufen, wir bevorzugten jedoch ein TukTuk da man ca. 30 Minuten zum laufen benötigt. Wir können diese Villa für Familien mit Kindern mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

The property was beautiful! It was amongst the trees which was quiet and peaceful. The pool was big and clean and the bedrooms were gorgeous!
Wifi didn’t work for most of the time but other than that everything was pretty perfect

This is a beautiful property in a lovely, quiet location, the perfect place to go back to after a busy day. The pool is gorgeous and we felt incredibly relaxed there. The highlight would have to be the hosts, Suneth and Bhagya, they are the loveliest people, so friendly, welcoming and kind. The breakfast they provide is absolutely delicious and there is plenty of it.
