We had a wonderful stay in Monopoli. Great communication with Annika from the start. Our flight into Brindisi was delayed by 90 minutes and we arrived very late, but Annika was so patient and flexible, which really set the tone for the whole trip.
The apartment is beautifully appointed in a modern building and absolutely spotless. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a real home rather than just a rental. The location was perfect for us: easy street parking right outside, a local supermarket within walking distance, and several nice bars and cafes nearby. And still only 10 mins to the historic centre of town.
Annika also shared some perfect tips and recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Monopoli, which helped us make the most of our short stay. We loved our time here and would happily book again. Highly recommended.

The apartment was so modern and chic. Iy was very clean and had all the facilities you need to have a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and the host was very nice. Highly recommend.

Alloggio come in foto e posizione.
Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia presso questo alloggio, precisamente in Dimora Soffio.
Abbiamo prenotato su booking.
Inizialmente tutto come in foto,, pulizia eccellente.
Al momento del check out, abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa: la tassa di soggiorno, come scritto su booking, al momento della prenotazione, sui costi ancora da pagare in struttura, risaliva di €1 a testa, ma... abbiamo dovuto pagare €2 a testa come tassa di soggiorno.
Partendo dal presupposto che abbiamo soggiornato per 13 giorni e non per pochi giorni e che la tassa di soggiorno non viene decisa dal proprietario della struttura ma dal comune, inviterei i proprietari di questa struttura a prendere atto e ad aggiornare la pagina su booking, in quanto spiacevoli sorprese, dopo un lungo soggiorno e dopo l'iniziale dimora eccellente non dovevano esserci.
Pienamente d'accordo che è il comune che decide la tassa di soggiorno, ma dal proprietario nessun punto d'incontro per comunque un lungo soggiorno e una notevole e proficua spesa.
Avrei voluto farvi pubblicità ma dopo questo spiacevole inconveniente non mi resta che rimanerne delusa.
Nonostante, il richiamo ad invitarli a procedere a modificare e aggiornare su booking, al momento ancora non è stato modificato e risulta sempre la tassa di soggiorno di €1.
Lavorando a contatto con il pubblico so cosa vuol dire mantenere la clientela e non potersi permettere di arrivare a certi livelli.
Ma noi, purtroppo da turisti, siamo soltanto un numero, vista la grossa affluenza di turismo.
Dispiace vedere questo, perché è grazie anche al turismo se tante cose vanno avanti.
Dispiace, perché parti con molte aspettative e poi succedono queste incomprensioni che portano il tutto a rimanerne più che delusi.
