Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend schön und entspricht zu 100% den Fotos in der Anzeige. Wir haben die tolle Lage genutzt, um jeden Tag mit einem schönen Strandspaziergang zu beginnen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin Caroline, die auf unsere Anfragen immer sehr zeitnah reagiert hat. Sehr nützlich ist auch der abgeschlossene private Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es Möglichkeiten sich mit Baquettes und Croissant für das Frühstück einzudecken. In unmittelbare Umgebung gibt es auch einige gute Restaurants. Das Zentrum von Valras-Plage liegt ca. 1,5 Kilometer entfernt und ist über die Promenade in ca. 15-20 Minuten erreichbar.
Uns hat es in der Unterkunft an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L’emplacement et la vue. Bien équipé et refait entièrement. Face a la mer et proche du centre ville avec un boulanger tout proche. Appartement au calme.

Beautiful apartment with spectacular views of the beach and sea. Good communication from the host, and a welcome basket was a nice touch. The coffee machine was exceptional (now we will have to buy one for ourselves!). Other people in the apartment block seemed friendly (not always the case, unfortunately!)
There was a lot of work going on in the building during our stay (we were told about this AFTER we booked and paid the deposit). They were changing the windows in the apartment above us and drilling and angle grinding meaning the balcony was not usable for most of Monday (the only sunny day) due to the noise and dust. After we left the owners claimed we had damaged their carpet, which we had not (we were careful not to wear outdoor shoes inside the apartment). The wifi didn't work.
