Absolutely beautiful villa with our own private pool and a lovely big bath. Staff at the location were very welcoming, kind and helpful with a nice welcome drink and snack on arrival. The bed was super comfy and they have provided insect repellent wall plugs, incense and nets over the bed to keep the mosquitos away. Breakfast was great, we just had to order the day before. The pool was beautiful and we spent a lot of time swimming and just hanging out in that area, very nice to have. About a 25/30min walk or a 15min drive (depending on traffic) to get to central Ubud/ palace area.
We made the mistake of not renting a scooter whilst being in Ubud so we had to rely on Grab/ Gojek car rides and there is no place for them to park outside the property (it is located down a narrow alley) so it was sometimes tricky to get into our ride and turn around to travel in the intended direction of our destination - but this is not specifically a negative or anything that Agastya villa can do anything about, it is merely food for thought for anyone considering staying here. We will rent a scooter next time :)

This has been the most beautiful villa of our stay in Bali! The jungle view, the large pool, and the spacious bedroom won us over! The staff is lovely and helpful.
