Мы бронировали через букинг. С заселением никаких проблем не было, заселение дистанционное. Это нам подошло потому что мы летели с отдыха и перелет был долгий 7 часов , и мы были ужасно уставшие. Хозяйка все объяснила и на вотсап отправила все коды и пароли.
Когда заселились в квартиру начались не очень приятные моменты. Во первых хозяйка написала на счет депозита 15000 тг и что вернет ее после выселения как проверит квартиру. Мы (нас было 3 человека ) посчитали что это логично , что бы все жильцы возвращали квартиру в сохранности и не ломали его и тд. и скинули ей депозит на каспий как она и просила. Потом она пишет на вотсаб о том что один комплект постельного белья входит бесплатно , а если мы хотим воспользоваться вторым комплектом то удержит 2000 тг с депозита который мы уже ей скинули, я была если честно в шоке😮 Дело даже не в 2000 тг , но думаю почему я должна доплачивать за каждый комплект белья и тд которое должны быть стандартно в каждой квартире . Я начала спрашивать откуда эти привила ? Ведь в букинге этого ничего не было прописано , и про депозит тоже не было прописано но мы ей все же скинули!!! На что она мне отвечает : на микроволновой печи лежит А4 бумага и на ней написаны именно ее правила и там прописан про комплект постельного белья, про депозит и куча ее правил . Я отвечаю : если бы я знала эти дополнительные траты я бы просто не бронировала эту квартиру, а нашла бы другую ! Почему я должна сперва доехать до этой квартиры (с аэропорта занимает на такси 30 минут , и разумеется на такси еще траты ) , потом заселится в квартиру , далее найти эту микроволновку и заметить А4 с правилами и узнавать о таких правилах (я на кухню в принципе не заходила и вправду не заметила бы эту бумажку если бы специально не пошла смотреть что же там написано ) . Получается если я не согласна я должна выселиться и опять искать кв, опять ехать куда то . Меня этот факт сильно возмутил🫨Я ей все это объясняю по аудио на что она мне пишет аудио : ладно , я не разбогатею на эти ваши 2000 тг , можете не платить, на совести каждого, но я сегодня драила 2 квартиры когда вы в это время отдыхали, это мой труд !!!
