Very lovely overnight stay, 5 mins walk from the Utilita arena where we were seeing evanescence that night. Hosts friendly, property extremely clean and well kept, room and bed comfortable - everything we needed for an overnighter. Thank you for a comfortable stay - if we come back for another show we would book again.

Very clean and comfortable.
Room where furnished beautifully and clever use of projector. Bathroom was shared but cleaned regularly and up to date showers.
Very friendly family that look after this property, made us feel very welcome.
Very close to the utilita arena so a great place to stay if your seeing a show.
I nothing negative to say :)

Very clean and tidy and communication was excellent
The location was very close to the ICC (which is great), but there was a smashed out car just around the corner of the house and the local area was quite dodgy!

Good sized room, very friendly hosts. The shard bathroom was available when we needed it so that's nice. Good warm shower! Did not use the common space but looked nice.
The area was not safe to walk alone at night. Some scetchy dude following us when we left at 20u (dark outside). After a 10 minute walk you come into the busy area with bars where it's safer, but I would not recommend walking there alone as a women at night. Be mindfull. The bed was pretty hard (not ideal with back issues).
The other guests staying on the same floor were pretty loud so we could hear them talk untill pretty late.
