This large apartment is perfectly situated to visit La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, the nearby islands and the many medieval villages in the countryside. The apartment’s 2 AC units, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and oven helped make our stay very enjoyable. Being able to park for free within a short distance from the apartment was also very convenient. We would gladly return for an additional stay.

The apartment is very spacious, comfy beds, and airconditioning works well. Self-checkin was easy and very convenient. The communication with the host was quick and friendly. The apartment is well equipped with utensils, and we had coffee pods for the nespresso machine courtesy of the hosts, which was very nice. It is convenient that we could park on the street for free.
As much as the apartment has everything needed (except for maybe a dishwasher), it is quite dated and basic, does not give a feeling of "home" or coziness - although I understand it might be very subjective. If coziness and vibe is not something you're looking for - the proximity to the ferries, nice location and free parking, and lots of space are definitely great!

Molto pulita e letto comodi
E’ difficile trovare parcheggio , visto che gli unici vuoti erano quelli dei residenti. Terzo piano senza ascensore . Aria condizionata in una sola stanza. Una bottiglietta d’acqua da 1/2 lt per 4 persone. Le foto dell’annuncio non sono rappresentative dell’ alloggio . Pessima illuminazione di sera ( solo luci gelide a basso consumo).
