Great apartment! We visited in July so it was hot outside. There's no AC so we were concerned at first it would be too warm, but the temperature was perfect indoors. The apartment benefits from being on the ground floor and is very well shaded, plus there's shutters and a massive balcony area - meaning the apartment never got too warm :)
The location is excellent - just a 7-8 minute walk (uphill!) from the Marina.
The communal pool area is fantastic! A lovely big pool, lots of sun loungers set in a beautiful small park. There was also a great poolside bar. The kids really enjoyed it.
Our host was fantastic. There was a leak in the apartment right before we had to check out (something to do with the water pressure in the block) and the issue was dealt with swiftly in a matter of minutes. These things happen - and what matters is how it was handled - which was with fast, responsive professionalism :)

El piso estaba muy bien equipado, muy limpio y bien organizado. Se hace muy fácil hacer vida allí tanto para cocinar, como lavar ropa, tender, etc. Además lo que es la urbanización también está muy bien, es bonita y con zonas comunes muy agradables.
A algunas cosas del apartamento se les notaba algo viejas en cuando al estado pero nada demasiado dramático. Si es cierto que la única pega más grande que sacaría sería la poca antelación con la que se recibe información sobre el piso por parte de la anfitriona, estaría bien saberlo dos o tres antes de la fecha de la reserva.

Close to pool, lovely pool bar with nice food.
Was close to main road so could be noisy… more delph in kitchen would be good as only a few cups and mugs.
