Дуже зручне розтошування квартири, потрібно лише перейти дорогу від вокзалу, не треба хвилюватися, що запізнитесь на потяг. Неподалік є декілька маркетів, кафе, сквер, метро. Квартира хороша, чудові гостинні господарі, зі всім допомогали, були на зв'язку. В квартирі є все необхідне — чайник, холодильник, утюг, кондиціонер, телевізор. Господарі подбали навіть про маленьки зручності, як то зубні щітки та паста.

Під'їзд давно не бачив ремонту.

Чисте, пахуче помешкання. Є в наявності необхідний посуд, чайник, мікрохвильова піч, холодильник, фен, праска, зубні щітки, гелі, рушники. Wi-Fi працює добре. Поруч є магазини, кавʼярні, залізничний вокзал, метро. Кінцева зупинка автобусів з Одеси близько. Рекомендую. Уважно читайте інструкцію господаря, швидко потрапите в помешкання.

Підніматися треба на 3 поверх, а не 2 поверх. Так і не зрозуміли, як користуватися ліфтом. Табличка з написом підʼїзду вгорі, спочатку не помітили. Підʼїзди треба рахувати від вокзалу.
