Communication was brilliant in the lead up to our stay. Met on site to ensure we were able to check in and aware of access information. Christophe was friendly and willing to assist us with any questions and it was evident it was important that we were all set up for a good stay. Location is in a local neighbourhood with plenty of eateries, shops, and all your needs within walking distance. We loved the 11th due to it being very local and able to experience all that it has to offer. Whilst we walked most of the time, metro access is near and we were able to catch the RER B from CDG and then the metro 5 line (yes included a short 15min walk from metro station ro accomm) easily with our luggage. A cosy bed sit with kitchenette and double windows that open to the classic paris street with balconettes and plant boxes. No issues with noise and easily manageable by closing the windows or trusty earplugs for those who are noise sensitive. We were very happy with our accommodation at an affordable price. Highly recommend for location, all you need, clean and secure accommodation with a team who communicates effectively and genuinely invested in ensuring you have a good experience when choosing this listing.

Just be mindful that the room is not as fresh looking nor the colour scheme as in the photos. This however doesn't take away from the functionality of the space and didn't impact our stay.

Quartier très vivant, mais rue assez calme.

Le lit de basse qualité, un appartement pas très lumineux ni joli/accueillant alors que les photos laissent penser le contraire
