We had a pleasant stay in a very good location. The property was excellent. The facilities were adequate. We had a wonderful stay in every respect.

Location was perfect, layout was great ! Had everything you needed and more.
Got charged for “fake tan” on bedding but after paying over £750 for one night and to still take a £55 fee to CLEAN the bedding is ridiculous.

The booking process from start to finish was flawless, where I had questions they were answered promptly and with attention to detail.
The property was beautifully presented and is in a wonderful location. Within walking distance of museums galleries and restaurants.
All amenities were in place and in working order, some of the small details that stood out were the pillows being discreetly labeled as soft and firm so that guests can make an informed decision adding to a very comfortable night sleep.
The bathrooms were both clean and in good working order.
It is very minor almost not worth mentioning at all however we did notice that once we had arrived the bin in the kitchen had not been emptied from the previous guests and there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms.
These are both very minor observations and the attention to detail in all other areas more than made up for the very minor inconvenience.
If I were to make a recommendation, albeit based on personal preference, I would consider installing anti-slip tape on the stairs.
