Nice homely place! Quiet!

Clean and ready for the 6 of us (the sofa bed on the living room was already prepared. Appreciate the welcome goodies - fruits, candies and chocolates. Gave recommendations what to do and what local events were happening.

The door was hard to open but no big deal.

A comfortable, well-equipped apartment with easy check-in, great amenities, and a responsive host!

Self check-in was super easy — the hosts were very accommodating and allowed me to check-in early since no guests had stayed the night before. The instructions were clear, everything was spotless, temperature control was simple with the radiators, and the apartment was well-stocked with kitchen equipment, a washer and dryer — all the conveniences that are often costly or unavailable in hotels.

Arrival communication with on-site manager: When I arrived, I tried texting the on-site manager to ask if I could check in earlier at 11 a.m. (there was a mismatch between the 11 a.m. check-in time listed in my booking confirmation and the owners’ note stating 12:30 p.m.). I didn’t get a response, so I decided to stop by around 11 a.m., and check-in worked fine. In contrast, the on-site manager was very responsive later when I asked about a 2 p.m. checkout — she immediately replied that I could store my luggage in the closet (though we didn’t end up needing to, since our next accommodation allowed early check-in). All this to say, not a major complaint at-all because the outcome allowed me the maximum flexibility!

Hatten KEIN warmes Wasser! Kalte Dusche, warmes Bad nicht möglich. Auch funktionierte die Umschaltung Badewanne/Dusche nicht. Hebel klemmte.
