The room was clean with tea and coffee facilities. Clean towels provided. Comfy bed and warm. Easy to access with keycode and key safe. It's based on a self check in via text communication from the host.
There is a fridge and microwave also provided in the room.
The rooms are great value for money.
The curtains need a little bit of attention as one of the curtain rails was detached from the wall, it would be nice to have blackout curtains due to the security light outside. Especially in the downstairs cottage room. No lamp in the room and no coat hangers provided. These would just add the finishing touches.

For the price it's great. It's clean, the bedrooms a good size and it's right at the centre of Beverley, so you can walk everywhere. I wouldn't stay there for a long time but I just needed a bed for the night so it ticked all the boxes.
Like the crystal maze trying to get out, loads of doors and stairs with little signage.
