Very cute and cozy and in a great location with a parking garage right beside the studio that’s very affordable!
I told the owner about it but as soon as we walked into the lobby it smelled like someone had smoked a blunt..🤢🤢 it didn’t seem to go away. Every time we left and came back there that smell was again. However our apartment was very clean and didn’t have that smell whatsoever.

This location is perfect for settling in if you want to hang around Hot Springs Bath Row. It is within walking distance of all the shopping downtown and bath houses on Central. Super cute, cozy space! Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom/shower for the space.

It was very clean and maintained
You can literally hear people texting in the hallway and fully understand conversations in the street from the room.
They need to invest in some amount of sound proofing.
An exterior grade door to the room that seals would probably help allot. Probably insulating the walls would help tremendously. It was super hard to relax, and forget intimacy. There’s no way you could be quite enough for the whole building to not know what you’re doing.
