Very quiet location in a cul de sac just a few minutes' drive from the sea, shops and restaurants. It's comfortable and spacious, with a modern kitchen and lounge area, and we slept well. The (absent) owner was very responsive to messages, and the neighbour/caretaker was helpful once we managed to get a response from him.

It's a well used house, full of 'stuff' that could do with a clear out (eg kitchen drawers full of old corks and conkers, masses of well-used sheets and towels, and even someone's old shirt left in our wardrobe). But the upside of that is that there is plenty of everything, including bikes and beach equipment etc to borrow. It needs a deep clean as it's a bit dirty and dusty in places. An old car and a boat take up most of the parking spaces in the front so we had to squeeze in. But once you've got used to its quirks, it's a decent place to stay.

Location, terrace and garden.

Fifth bedroom is access point to bedroom 4 and attached to the garage, is more a study. No freezer(out of order), vacuum cleaner didn’t work, no kettle. So of the dining furniture very tired and needs to be replaced. An abandoned boat and car on site leaves parking a bit complicated for more than 4 cars.
