It is quiet when no other guests are next door! But without air conditioning you would hardly stand it here. Nicely, I was able to stay 1 hour longer free of charge when I left and only checked out at 11 o'clock.
Just way too expensive for one person. The check-in data didn't come until I asked for it around 6:30 p.m. Without Internet access, you can't get to the access data. Since everything is in one and the same room in this studio, you can smell the food from the stove, smell the toilet and have the damp air from the bathroom. But what's bad is that there is a view of the bed at a window, but you can't darken it at all because there is no curtain. On the wall are above 2 sockets. Since there are no others, you would like to charge your devices such as smartphone etc. But where do you put them? A few more hooks on the wall would also be good. Why is the WLan password so cryptically long? A kettle for tea is missing! The sugar bowl in the kitchen was mixed with sugar and salt...in a can!
Wobbly toilet seat and a bit dirty. The shower is getting hotter from cold and can not be regulated.
On Tuesday around 0:30 guests came to the neighbouring room and it was unspeakably loud because they were ruthless. On Wednesday night the same with new guests. The tranquillity from 10 o'clock at night and that also other guests stay in the house should be communicated with guests in advance. All in all, in need of improvement.
The fact that you have to leave everything clean at the end, remove bed linen, take out garbage, etc. is already quite in the direction of Airbnb. In addition, 150 euros are withheld and checked whether everything is as it was before. I have never experienced anything like this in a hotel. And that at this price actually quite unbridled.
