Pleasant staff, facilities great, clean and comfortable.

The facilities was great had everything you need cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, shower and toilet. The location was perfect for what we wanted right next to the football ground great for matchday or match weekend.
The only issue I have is that when pre paying for the accommodation there is nothing about extra info they want otherwise you stay would be cancelled - valid government ID and signing up to there guest portal also phone number for the property that was provided was not recognised. Parking was expensive aound property as you cant park outside on matchday.

Very friendly, helpful staff.
Good kitchen facilities.
It was 28oC in Newcastle. No air conditioning made it very hot at night.
I bumped into the legs of the bed a few times, as they stuch out.
