Collection of the keys.
I was told somebody would be in the office before 4.00 pm on Saturday 14th Oct but the office was shut !
My wife and I are over 80 years old and that whole process collecting and deposing the keys at the office was very tiresome.

Newly renovated, clean and nice sea view and light
Microwave and bedlights did not work and nobody cared to fix any of it despite our request. Too few dishes, glasses and utensils, had to run dishwasher all the time. No small hand towels, only big bath towels. Pillows were not good, rather thin.

Good location overlooking the main promenade.
Didn’t like the fact that we had to pay 2,000 euros deposit a couple of days before we went. It was also recommended that we buy insurance against the deposit being taken. Despite staying for 3 nights, we had to pay 4 days worth of insurance.
We were told that our key would be ready by 4pm at the latest, but they would advise us if it was ready earlier. After arriving at the office at 4pm to collect the key, we were told that the key wouldn’t be ready until 5pm. At 5pm we were given the key and then walked the kilometre to our apartment with our luggage. On arrival, we discovered that the cleaner had only just arrived & was then cleaning around us until after 6pm! This wasn’t a very good start to our holiday as it wasted an afternoon.

"Lovely apartment, spotless, perfect location with a great sea view. Short walk to the city center. There are busses and trams in front and behind the building. Supermarkets and bakeries closed by. Ind..."
