Girolamo, il proprietario molto disponibile, l'appartamento nuovo, elegante, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Posto auto gratuito e all'interno di un cancello adiacente la struttura. Comodo il market, il bar ed il tabacchi proprio sotto l'appartamento.
Nulla. Bisogna solo considerare di andarci in auto perché dista 15 minuti dal centro di Vico Equense.

It had 3 bedrooms and was spacious. Clean with great AC. We liked the little balcony that overlooked the street. And that it was up in the hills instead of the packed streets below. It also had a great parking space that was secure.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Maybe mattress toppers can be added as the beds are firm. But firm beds is very common everywhere in Italy from what we have seen.

Our stay at Modianus Suite was absolutely super! The apartment is spotless, very spacious, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent situated right in the center, with the added convenience of having a shop just downstairs.
What truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality. Gi and his parents are exceptionally nice and friendly people. They were there to assist us throughout our entire stay, regardless of the hour. They were extremely prompt in helping us with any minor issues that came up and even gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations.
They truly deserve a 10/10. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!
