The location is excellent. Couldn’t be better based when visiting Kilkee
The place was not clean.
Surfaces were clean but under beds, under couches, floors , bathtub , cushions were not clean.
A dog had been there previously. I messaged the owner who was not aware and was very apologetic but the place was covered in black dog hair even though pets are not permitted. We hoovered and cleaned the place ourselves as children’s toys and socks from running around got covered in dog hair.
There’s only one shower downstairs, manageable but worth noting.
Upstairs toilet does not flush.
Downstairs hot tap drips constantly.
No fairy liquid to wash dishes so used the dishwasher everyday

Location was the best as it was an easy walk for the boys to town. The house has 3 bedrooms .. the one downstairs was fab for the most senior person of the group…. Kitchen lounge etc were all great. will definitely stay again… communication was superb with the host …. Thank you

Great location, convenient parking, nice looking house, generally nice design of the apartment, patio, cozy dinning area, pleasant view from the kitchen while cooking. Charming fireplace.
The equipment is partially quite outdated, the kitchenware requires some maintenance and cutlery - replacement.
The cleaning service didn't succeed even after our claim.
Disappointing hot water system and shower - for this quality of house and price and Booking.com rating this could have been something much better. I recommend to the host to organize some instructions, since it takes vacation time to learn how all works. There was no electricity in the top floor bedroom.
