The location fantastic
The apartment lacked extra bedding, some things broken like the lamps and shower door was broke and hard to get in and out of a bath tub not practical the bedding was dirty and not ironed but the cleaner came and changed it but the corridor in flats stank with a really bad smell and people had urinated in the lifts so im sure theres some rough people living in this block of flats! Also no fans in the flat if the weather is hot! And matteresses were extremely uncomfortable and definitely need renewing especially when your taking a huge £250 deposit then putting guests in to a flat with broken stuff!

Location was great. It was very comfortable and quiet property.
When we arrived in the dark it was difficult to know how to get into the property itself. No clearly marked door and not told what floor property was on. However after that all was well

The location is excellent for everything in the city.
The apartment is well equipped and very warm and comfortable.
The apartment could have been a bit cleaner and a couple of things need fixing but it didn't spoil our stay

The location was excellent, only 2 minutes walk into the centre of the city yet on a quiet street.
- it was not made clear if we should park in a specific space; we had been told there was an allocated space but on arrival no spaces were marked which was confusing.
- the car park was strewn with litter, and the lifts in the building were dirty and had rubbish thrown on the floors. It was a really horrible first impression of the accommodation.
- after a 9 hour drive we were disappointed to arrive to the mess and dirt and then find that the lamps in the flat didn't work. I contacted the agency who told me to send pictures. It was the evening and I was tired from our long journey so I didn't pursue it any more that night. The next day we bought new fuses for all 4 bedside lamps: three had blown and weren't working on arrival, the fourth blew its fuse when we turned it on, sparks coming out of the switch. All four had the wrong size fuse in them. We replaced them so that they all worked again.
- there was mould in the shower, dirt in the corners, and the flat was tired and shabby.
- there are no coat hooks so coats have to be piled up on a chair.
- there are no drawers for clothes, only free standing clothes rails.
-in the double room there were two bath towels, but the twin room only had two hand towels, not nearly big enough.
