We really enjoyed our stay at Maison Mianà and would happily come back anytime.
Elena is an incredibly kind and helpful host. Although we normally don’t have any complicated or special requests, she made everything possible so that we could leave our luggage at the apartment well before the official check-in time. This was a huge help and very much appreciated.
The apartment itself is a lovely piece of authentic Neapolitan life. Located on the first floor of a typical historic building in the city centre, it even has a small balcony. It is tastefully renovated, combining the character of the old building with modern comfort.
It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, our children absolutely loved the sofa bed, and the modern bathroom and kitchen area are very nicely done. The air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly.
We all slept very well. Of course, being in such a central location means you can hear the authentic sounds of the street and the city. For us, this was no problem at all – quite the opposite, it was part of the real Naples experience. If you are looking for complete silence, a lively city like Naples is probably not the right destination anyway.
The location is truly fantastic. In one direction, you can quickly reach Via Chiaia, the Metro and the more elegant side of Chiaia. In the other direction, you are right in the middle of the lively Quartieri Spagnoli, with delicious street food, friendly locals, Limoncello Spritz, music in the streets and authentic Italian city life.
We loved being right in the middle of all the action while still having Maison Mianà as a comfortable place to retreat to. The seafront promenade is also within easy reach.
Lovely extra: We had a very early return flight, Elena’s daughter drove us comfortably and perfectly on time to the airport for a very fair price. Such a thoughtful service!

Struttura molto comoda con all’interno tutto quanto il necessario, curata e pulita. In pieno centro ai piedi dei quartieri spagnoli e pochi metri da Via Chiaia. In due minuti ti ritrovi su Via Toledo e Piazza Plebiscito. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile.

L’appartamento si trova in un punto davvero strategico, facilmente raggiungibile anche in metropolitana (fermata Chiaia). L’appartamento é dotato di tutto il necessario, gli spazi sono ben organizzati. Molto pulito, letto e divano letto comodissimi quindi anche in 4 si sta benissimo (noi siamo una famiglia con due bambini). C’è anche un balconcino con vista dei gradoni di chiaia. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti vari ristoranti, un mini market quasi sotto casa dove poter acquistare beni di prima necessità sia alimentari che non.
Se si vuole visitare Napoli sotterranea di trova a pochissimi metri, comoda anche per raggiungere via Toledo e visitare i quartieri spagnoli e il murales di Maradona.

Goede bedden en douche. Gastvrouw was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De garage die je kan huren voor 30 euro per nacht is op 1 minuut wandelen van het verblijf.
Het gebouw is heel oud en heeft last van vocht. Dit zie je aan de muren. Het appartement is gerenoveerd, maar door het achterliggende vocht, lost de bezetting van de muren. Er is een keukentje, maar het bijna niet mogelijk om er te koken. Tijdens het koken van de pasta, sprong de elektriciteit af en door de damp loste er stukjes van het plafond die naar beneden vielen.
