Vor allem die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Man fühlt sich in einem familiengeführtem Hotel, wo das Personal gerne arbeitet. Die kleinen Details machen auch einen Unterschied. Die Events auf dem Rooftop sind mit viel Hingabe vorbereitet. Jeden Abend gab es eine Kleinigkeit als Überraschung im Zimmer, dazu eine handgeschriebene Karte. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Auch hier immer sehr sorgfältig serviert und von hoher Qualität.
Nachts hört man leider im Zimmer wie die Lüftung draußen läuft.

Serviço do Bar da Praia, confuso e muito demorado.
Comida sem a temperatura correta, fria!
Entrada de pedintes e vendedores na área interna do Hotel.
Pouquíssimas opções na carta de Vinhos.
E os que oferecem, não dispõem. Problemas na reposição dos produtos.
Oferecem uma programação na cobertura, porem, sem iluminação e aparentemente, não foi concluída.
