Unsafe

The day I should have checked in, the owner decided to cancel the reservation, without providing us alternatives. He said " booking will do It for you". Calling Booking I got this replay " the owner of the apartment has to do it or you have to do it". Consequently, I had to book other place by myself: of course nobody gave me the over-price difference. We get renboursed by this apartment. Booking will recognize me 60€ in total once I will provide them the invoice of the new booking. I would say that this is not enough for covering the price of a last minute booking in Paris. The superficiality of the owner and the incompetence of Booking in handling these situations make my travel a nightmare. I found this option not safe!

The property is doesn’t exist. I booked the room When we get there, there is no hotel building available. I asked a lady who lived there for 16 years she said she haven’t seen this named of hotel then i call the hotel apparently there was an Indian guy who picked up the phone and he said I will be there in 5 minutes. He lies for us about the property he mentioned that the property is still refurbished and doesn’t suitable for let them he took us to another place around two miles and he called his friend and he tried to lend his friend’s room for us to stay for one night. We went to see the room was so messy full off beers bottles and the bed is so bad. He asked us to wait for 15 minutes while his friend went to shop to get the new cover mattress pillows etc to make it ready for us. It was ridiculous to have such a bad experience. We were so disappointed.

Proche de Accor Arena et du métro 👌🏻

Le loueur ne pouvait pas me louer Chambre Cosy, il m'a proposé un autre logement plus près de Bercy. J'ai bénéficié d'un logement indépendant plutôt que d'une chambre avec des communs partagés. Merci pour sa réactivité !

La propreté du logement ! La douche et les WC n'étaient pas très propre... c'est un point rédhibitoire pour ma part !

No es lo que se ofrece

No es lo que se ofrece por Booking. Llegué al alojamiento y llega el dueño diciendo que tuvo un problema de último minuto con el apartamento, te ofrece otro en reemplazo. Por lo que leo en los comentarios es lo hace siempre. Al trasladarnos en su auto al otro alojamiento chocamos, pésima su conducción. No recomiendo quedarse ahí, no vale la pena. Es publicidad engañosa
