Great location - central yet quiet, with an excellent restaurant (Mama Elvira) round the corner. A perfect location for exploring the centro storico. Isabella had left milk, water and fruit juice, which were much appreciated. We were offered an early checkin, but ended up being delayed anyway. Isabella gave us top tips on things to see and places to eat which we found useful. Thanks Isabella!

There are two apartments, and we had mistakenly booked the one with a bathtub rather than a shower. It's a lovely spa bath - we would just have preferred a shower. We'd advise people to be careful which apartment they choose according to shower/bath preferences

Nothing.

Location cannot be beat (just at the edge of the ZTL and steps from great restaurants, bars, and historic sites), host was super friendly and helpful, bed super comfy, bathroom super luxurious (the tub has massage jets and there's an extensible laundry drying line)

Parking nearby can be tough—upon arrival, I had to drive around 15mins before something freed up; a second time, I spent 30mins zig-zagging around the streets, before finally throwing in the towel and paying for a garage.
