For a first time visiting England this is a nice location. Not a big town but beautifully located at the beach. Not busy so you can practice driving on the left. Meet english people and shops. Station, groceries, fuel. What you need is within a few meters or miles. You dont need the car. And it is nearby Dover. But also Canterbury! The house has 4 floors, amazing and plenty of space.
Not really a negative experience. Maybe that one time when they collect the glass from the pub nearby at 07:00am. But because it is summer we had our windows open lol.

Beautifully decorated and full of character. Welcoming touches were much appreciated and the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need.

It was quirky, and central to the sea front with most things within walking distance.
Property is lovely and has everything you need, but would advise installing hand rails on all flights of stairs as they are very steep. Lights in top floor bathroom need looking as they constantly flicker or dim. Advise your customers that parking is at an additional charge which we did not budget for. We had to leave at 3:30am on Sunday morning due to loud excessive music and pub bin noises until after 2:30am on Saturday evening and gone 1pm on Friday non of which is mentioned before booking due to close proximity of surrounding pubs. Deal is a beautiful town and we would definitely visit again, we’d just be more careful with the location we stay in.
