The apartment is located on the front row of the beach. It was fully equipped for our 2-week stay, there was everything, we needed. It's airconditioned, situated on the first floor of well-maintained apartment building. I love the balcony with cooking hub an oven, so the heat and smell don't spread inside the apartment. I like the lightning too, you can choose the warmness and color of the light. The surrounding is spotless clean, they take care of the area. One parking spot is dedicated to apartment. The owner is helpfull and solve everything we needed. There are plenty of groceries just steps from apartment opened after midnight. Honestly this is the best spot in Golem beach, beach is wide and deep and plenty of beach bars. We will definately come back next year for summer vacation.
It's only one bedroom apartment, bunk-bed is located near entry door, but it doesn't botther us, everyone could find it privat spot.

Чудові апартаменти, є все необхідне. Привітний господар допомагає у всьому. Зручне заселення і виселення. Локація дуже зручна, близько до моря. Балкон розташований з виглядом на море, і сонце зранку лагідне, а вдень - захищає ролети.
В квартирі чисто, затишно.

Tolle direkte Strandlage & super einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Die Wohnung (speziell Küche und Bad) war nicht sauber und stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenausstattung ließ stark zu wünschen übrig (zb keine Messer!). Der Pool war leer.
