Clean comfortable and has all you need for a great visit!

Convenient location to visit Grosseto. Staff communicated well, was available, and very helpful, also checked in to make sure all was good. Check in and out was no problem. Clean, comfortable and has all you need for short and longer visits. Recommend!

All was great! Recommend! It may matter to some that you will get music from the restaurant nearby, but not late into the evening.

Best of Best Apt in Grosseto

Rosi ‘APT in Grosseto. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was fantastic — beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the center. Everything was within easy walking distance. The café downstairs was a true highlight, serving exceptional coffee and delicious food. It made every morning special. Overall, it was an outstanding stay and truly one of the best accommodations ever. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Property is a 10, Rosie, the host is a 12.

Everything, then some. The apartment was faultless, even having an elevator directly to it! **We had our car towed. Rosie shut up her clothes store, drove into town to pick me up, dealt with the police and then drove me about 6-7kms out of town to the tow company. She then went in and negotiated with them and made sure they would get me to the storage yard once I settled with them, before heading back to her store. If it hadn't felt inappropriate, I would have kissed her - what a host!

L'emplacement, à l'intérieur de la ville ancienne, et à proximité immadiate d'un parking, était idéal. L'appartement était parfaitement équipé, meublé et décoré avec goût. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très facile : nous avons pu communiquer avec elle de manière suivie, et elle a répondu aussitôt à toutes noss demandes. Tout était parfait, et nous recommandons très vivement cet appartement
