Good spacious and clean property in a good location for us to join together as a family for a weekend. We all had a great time and I was pleased we chose this property
Dishwasher was not working properly and needed a service. I had to rewash glasses on arrival as the dishwasher had not done a good job on them. The Property's hive heating system was controlled remotely. I was unclear why the instructions sent to me explained how to work the heating on each of the floors when on arrival we found lock boxes over the heating controls. James was quick to adjust it remotely when we asked but it did mean that at some points the house was too cold and at others too warm.
Not all bathrooms came with hand soap which we had to go out and buy, along with toilet roll which was not enough for our 3 night stay
