It was clean and convenient.
My parents came to see the room. They were there 30 minutes and left. But I got a call at 11:30 pm accusing me of having 3 people stay in the room. Also, the “breakfast” was at a bar 3 blocks away. It took 20 minutes for manager to respond and tell me where it was. 1 cappuccino and 1 croissant. Value of 3.5 Euros. Not a breakfast.

La camera era abbastanza spaziosa come il bagno. Tutto pulitissimo. Molto silenziosa. Il proprietario molto gentile e accogliente.
Diciamo che per una stanza all'interno di un complesso condominiale, in una località "non turistica", con difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio e con la colazione "normale" da bar in un bar vicino, dovrebbe abbassare ALMENO del 30% del suo costo. Costa troppo.
