The property was clean, variety of restaurants. Loved the Casino!
There should be an inside attachment to the casino. I had to take my 83 year old mother outside at night to get to casino. Next time I would prefer the main building. A bit pricey for a stay during the week.

Room was ready and clean at check in. Greeted by cleaner as we were leaving and he thanked us and gave us bottles of water on our way to the elevator.
Your hotel is well off the main populated area and in 2026 with more electric vehicles, you need to have charging stations on property. Having to travel to a Tesla charging station, when many cars cannot use the Tesla system, is very inconvenient. Other charging stations are too far away

This is a new hotel but after two or three years, I find that it has deteriorated a little bit. It's hard to explain, but I definitely after two years I see a downward trend.
I expected my room to be cleaned after the first day. Nothing was done. Also, when I asked for more Coffey, which should've been replaced, it took forever for them to bring it up quite late at night. I don't know some of the staff really seemed disinterested and didn't really want to be around there. I don't think I'm gonna go back there again.
