The house was very clean, and the kitchen very well equiped. Swimming pool space is very cute, and the place is quiet and you can rest with confort without noises.
The day we arrived the house was extremily hot (maybe some days completely closed), so for the first afternoon and night the air conditioned sistem couldn't get the heat away; the fridge could not work and we coukld not slepp well. We waited until the night to open doors and windows, including upper terrace. Fortunately it worked, because next morning, once the extreme heat was out, air conditioned and frigde started to do their work properly. From then on, there was no problem. It is true that when we phoned asking for a solution, they were ready to come next day, but there was no need for that. We hardly suggest that hostages or the rental system should take care of that kind of conditions. The house is nice, the decoration is beautiful but we think that it is overpriced for what it is.

Super impressed with the cleanliness, decor and facilities. Every kitchen implement you could need was there! Location was not too far away from Faro, but far away enough that you had peace and quiet and fantastic views. Pool was lovely.

The accommodation is generally okay, but the price is exaggerated for what it offers.
There are things to improve to reflect the requested amount and a minimum level of comfort.
The bed was not to my taste: very high, with many mattresses and covers on it, and the pillows were very thin and not comfortable at all.
The air conditioners were kept on the minimum temperature, 18°C, and on maximum power, and barely after a few hours could you feel a little coolness.
Under the kitchen sink, the hose sometimes leaked, flooding the kitchen; other times it didn't leak as much.
The sewage system is right next to the house, so there was always a bad smell in the area.
There are no trash bins; we were forced to always take the trash in the car to throw it at the bins on the main street.
As for cleanliness, it leaves a lot to be desired. Absolutely no one came for 8 days to clean, nor did they even leave us other bed linens so we could change them ourselves, or other clean towels.
Someone came to the pool to check if it was okay, but that was all.
Very far from the city, absolutely requires your own or a rented car.
We were also informed that we cannot listen to music outside, and after 10 PM we had to go inside or speak quietly.
In the photos, the rooms and the house in general look bigger than they actually are.
