The house is lovely and, overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The facilities and the location itself were very good, the surroundings are quiet, which is definitely a great advantage.
It is worth mentioning the layout of the property, as this is something guests may want to consider when making a reservation. The main house has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. There is also another room with its own bathroom and kitchenette and a double bed, but it is located in a separate building with a private entrance through the courtyard.
This is particularly important for groups such as two families travelling together, especially if they each have a child, as the sleeping arrangements mean that one family could end up staying in the separate building, potentially even separately from their child. We think this is useful to know in advance when considering whether the layout is suitable for the particularity of the group.
The parking area is located on the access lane a little further down from the house. It is not a long distance, although carrying luggage may be slightly less convenient. However, the peacefulness and quietness of the location make up for it.
One area that could be improved is the bathrooms and we also felt that a little more attention to the cleaning details would make the experience even better. These are relatively small things, but would certainly add to the overall comfort of the property.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the facilities, the peaceful location and the helpfulness and assistance of the hosts.

Great house just in the outskirts of town.
It’s a very short walk to Skopelos town, however, the road doesn’t have a pavement to walk on. Second bedroom in the main house needs AC

El apartamento es ideal para una familia de 5/6 personas, está muy bien equipado, es cómodo, el aire acondicionado (imprescindible) funciona muy bien, está muy limpio y dispone de una terraza y un patio amplio donde se puede cenar, es muy agradable. La casera es excepcional, muy agradable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo.
La ubicación no es ideal porque está en un barrio un poco a las afueras (aunque hay panadería y carnicería cerca) pero se puede aparcar sin problemas. En realidad está solo a unos 15 minutos a pie del centro.
