Well located and clean but could be better.

The location was great, easy to walk into the old town and only a few minutes to the beach but still quiet. The marina area is easily walkable too. The balcony would have been great if we'd had the weather. The apartment is spacious and was clean when we arrived. It is how it looks in the photos, so in that respect it's all fair, but there are some negatives, see below.

The apartment shares a party wall with the municipal gymnasium and there were basketball games on 5 of the 7 days we were there, including up to near midnight. The echoing noise of the game and especially the infernal game buzzer means little peace when the games are on, otherwise it's quiet enough. There are substantial works in the street itself and its access road , with waste/sewage pipes being re-done. I would suspect from the progress to date that these will be in place for much of the coming season. Not the owner's fault, obviously, but be aware that there will be noise and no car access at all. The smell from the drains in the toilet/shower was terrible, we got through nearly 5 litres of bleach to no effect. Unfortunately the weather was poor, so it was difficult to keep the flat warm and the quilts were too light, but if the weather is good, there would be no problem. Some lamps, towel hooks and coat hooks would be easy and cheap additions to create a more welcoming and guest friendly environment, but you can see these aren't there in the photos. Plus, be aware that if you think you can push the beds together, the frames make it a pointless exercise. However, the price we paid was fair and maybe reflected all the above, but the description really needs to make clear the gym and the current street works.

Excelent

The apartment is spacious, clean and has an unbeatable position (5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Old town). The owners are very kind and responsive to our requests. The view from the balcony is amazing. Thank you so much for this amazing week spent here.

Schöne Wohnung mit schönem Meerblick in idealer Lage.

Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und mitten im historischen Zentrum, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist wunderschön, besonders morgens beim Frühstück. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.

Die Matratzen waren uns leider sehr hart. Auch die Küchenausstattung könnte an einigen Stellen erneuert werden, und etwas mehr Handtücher und Toilettenpapier wären schön gewesen.

Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und mitten im historischen Zentrum, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist wunderschön, besonders morgens beim Frühstück. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.

Struttura comodissima, vicinissima a tutto e soprattutto alla spiaggia, 2 min a piedi!! Casa molto accogliente e terrazzino bellissimo con affaccio sul mare, colazioni bellissime!

Se proprio devo trovare un neo è che c'era un solo rotolo di carta igienica (piccolo) e non c'erano le ricariche ma per fortuna ce la siamo potuta permettere 😂
