Excellent location near Susukino. It is within walking distance to all the shopping areas, restaurants, and Nijo market. The laundry machine is a very convenient feature. The beds were very comfortable. The heating provided is very sufficient.
The cleanliness is not so good; the floor was not cleaned properly, and I could see dust and hair on the floor, especially in the corners. I had to do extra cleaning myself with wet wipes. There is not water kettle to boil water for coffee, etc.

The key collection process was super easy and detailed guide was provided before we arrived at the property. The unit was spacious and clean with its strategic location of 5 minutes walk from Susukino station. Value for money!

The bed was supposedly for 4, however two of are futon beds. But that’s alright
