* The location is very convenient, just a few blocks from the city center.
* The apartment has enough space for two people and is generally comfortable in terms of size.
* The host was very nice and helpful, and did make an effort to assist when issues came up.
* The coffee maker is a nice and convenient addition, especially for longer stays.
* The internet connection was poor and, in my experience, not suitable for working remotely. If you need to work from the apartment, this is something to keep in mind.
* The biggest issue during my stay was the heating. I visited during winter, so I expected the heating to be reliable, but the main heating system never worked properly. The host did offer assistance, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the issue was not resolved.
* The apartment has white wall-mounted heating panels, but they provided very little noticeable heat unless you were extremely close to them. There was also a portable heater, which was sufficient to heat the bedroom, but the living room remained consistently cold.
* This is the main reason I don’t fully understand the current high rating. During a winter stay, functional heating is a basic necessity, and the living room being cold throughout the stay was a significant issue.
* The kitchen is very minimally equipped. There is only one pan and one pot, with very limited cooking supplies. This may be fine if you don’t intend to cook, but it is not enough for guests who want to prepare regular meals during their stay.
