Proximity to conference centre. Block and a half from trams. Close to supermarkets and restaurants.
Key had to be collected from a lock box 3 blocks away from the property. Smart TV connection to WiFi wouldn’t connect and when contacted owner, they didn’t go out of their way to fix it for the 8 days we were there. The pillows on the bed were very soft and uncomfortable. It is what we would call a bed sitter and not an apartment.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, ruhige Lage trotz gegenüberliegendem Krankenhaus. Sehr netter Kontakt.
Leider keine Mikrowelle. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht ganz abdunkeln.

Lage: Ca. 2,2 km bis ins Zentrum; Bahn in 5–6 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar
• Badausstattung: Wanne, WC und Waschbecken vorhanden
Rauchgeruch: Sehr starker, alter, tief eingezogener Qualmgeruch, der auch durch Lüften nicht zu entfernen war. Für Nichtraucher und Allergiker ungeeignet.
• Sauberkeit: Oberhalb der Heizung im Bad waren mehrere Fliesen deutlich verschmutzt.
• Schlafkomfort: Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht – kaum erholsamer Schlaf.
• Fernseher: TV hatte keine Programme. Amazon Prime theoretisch möglich, aber nur mit eigenem Login – nicht wirklich nutzbar.
